September 13, 2018 – Hurricane Florence Update
Greetings; Just a few announcements while we wait for Florence to make up her mind:
The IMC main office remains open during normal business hours today, Thursday, September 13, 2018.
We still recommend that items be removed from balconies and patios to prepare for this weekend as a precaution.
Our crews and management team continue in storm alert status and are ready to respond.
Please continue to rely on updates from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, as the status of the storm may change.
If you notice any storm related damage on property this weekend and into early next week, please report it via email to Florence@IMCHHI.com.

This way our office team will be able to organize and relay the issues to our field recovery crews.
THIS METHOD OF REPORTING ISSUES WILL BE MORE EFFICIENT THAN CONTACTING THE MANAGER DIRECTLY.
Our association managers will be spending most of next week in the field and will have less time to respond to your inquiries so please use the procedure above and please understand that response times may be longer than normal.
Your assistance in the recovery process is critical and very much appreciated.
