Getting to Know Chris Stec...

Chris is from Western Massachusetts about 30 minutes north of Hartford.  He graduated from North Adams State College in 1990 with a bachelor’s of science in Accounting.  Chris began his career in association management in 2002 when he joined a national company in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Seeing the company through two sales to other management companies he led the software transition of the company’s entire portfolio each time.  In 2013 Chris started his own company to aid management companies through software transitions and financial setup.  With close to 30 years of accounting experience and use of proprietary software he is ideally suited to fill the role of project director and technological support with IMC ATS.  Chris became a nationally sought expert in the field of software conversions and has been highly recommend by VMS to aid new clients with their conversions.  He has performed conversions for dozens of management companies totaling more than 1,200 individual properties from over 20 states across the country.  Chris has performed conversions from various software’s including Tops, Jenark, Yardi, Promas & Quickbooks into VMS.  Chris joined IMC Accounting & Technical Services in January 2018 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge both in the property software and accounting fields.
