IMC Resort Services, Inc. has been a performing community association management service on Hilton Head Island and the surrounding areas since 1998 and we are highly respected in our profession.  We currently have a staff of thirty-three (33) office associates. We carry the most community association management credentials of any company in the area.  We are also licensed General Contractors, licensed electrical contractors and carry numerous other maintenance licenses. We maintain business licenses in Beaufort County, The Town of Bluffton and The Town of Hilton Head Island.  We own office space in the Professional Building at 2 Corpus Christi on Hilton Head Island, SC and at Magnolia Village at 181 Bluffton Rd in Bluffton, SC.  


Special note should be made that we are truly professionals at everything we do.  Our company is very active in Community Associations Institute (CAI), the only national organization of professionals in our industry.  All of our managers are required to participate in training, continuing education and certification through CAI.  We welcome you to visit the CAI website at if you are not already familiar with this organization. 


We currently manage over seventy (75+) associations comprised of condo associations, HOAs / POAs and commercial properties.   Our clients vary in size from 6 units to 688 units.  The budgets for these properties range from $100,000 to $4,000,000 annually.

To date, we currently have seventeen (17) full-time managers that have achieved their designation as Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), fourteen (14) managers have achieved the designation of Assocation Management Specialist (AMS), one (1) has achieved the designation of Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS), and three (3) managers have achieved the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  We also manage approximately 8,800 doors. We believe that this is one area in particular that sets us apart from other management companies.  We believe that our managers should have the time and freedom to devote to their properties.  Our operations are designed for that goal.  With thirty-three (33) office staff employees and the education, experience and expertise that they all possess, our operations are designed such that there is an expert in all fields for the managers to utilize.  As resources for our managers we have experts in: insurance, accounting, collections, administration and a SC licensed general contractor; all at the managers’ fingertips.
