IMC RESORT SERVICES, INC.

IMC Resort Services has been a performing community association management service on Hilton Head Island and the surrounding areas since 1998 and we are highly respected in our profession and in the community.  We maintain business licenses in Beaufort County, The Town of Bluffton, and The Town of Hilton Head Island.  We own our offices in the Professional Building at 2 Corpus Christi on Hilton Head Island, SC and at Magnolia Village at 181 Bluffton Rd in Bluffton, SC.

Special note should be made that we are truly professionals at everything we do.  Our company is very active in Community Associations Institute (CAI), the only national organization of professionals in our industry.  All our managers are required to participate in training, continuing education, and certification through CAI.  We welcome you to visit the CAI website at www.caionline.org if you are not already familiar with this organization.

We currently manage over one hundred associations (over 12,000 doors) comprised of condo associations, HOAs / POAs and commercial properties.  Additionally, our sister company, IMC Charleston, LLC., manages over fifty associations (over 10,000 doors).  The budgets for these associations range from $100,000 to $4,000,000 annually.  Our clients vary in size from 6 doors to over 2000 doors.

To date, we currently have on staff fifteen (15) managers that have achieved their Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) certification, fifteen (15) managers that have achieved the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS), and three (3) managers that have achieved the most prestigious designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  In addition, IMC Management Services and IMC Charleston, LLC, are 2 of only 400 AAMC companies in the world.  Also, of special note, one of our principals maintains the designation of Community Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS).  Having an in-house associate with this high level of insurance expertise has been invaluable to all our associations.

Our operations are designed with the foundation that we want our managers to have the time and freedom to devote to their associations.  As resources for our managers, we have in-house experts in insurance, accounting, collections, compliance, administration, and customer service; all at the managers’ fingertips. These experts are at the disposal of every one of our association managers.  We believe that this absolutely sets us apart from other management companies.  With over forty-five (45+) office staff employees and the education, experience, and expertise that they all possess, our operations are designed such that there is an expert in all fields of association management for the managers to access and utilize.

In addition, IMC Resort Services has an in-house, SC licensed General Contractor and a fully staffed maintenance, special projects, and painting department to assist our associations with any needs in these areas.  Currently, we have over thirty (30+) additional staff members in this department.
