This beachside condo complex consists of 81 villas, almost all two-bedroom villas with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound. It has direct access to beaches and a large, convenient pool and adjacent barbeque deck. It is just a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, with restaurants, shops and entertainment and the South Beach Racquet Club.

Frequently Requested Information
The Pest Control service is performed the the 3rd Wednesday of every month and is an exterior spray only. If you are seeing bugs inside your villa, please don't hesitate to contact a member of the management team.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to owners to attend the 3rd Wednesday of every month with the exception July, August and December when the Board does not meet. The annual meeting is held the 3rd Tuesday in March. Approved minutes are available upon request to Bill. Owners wishing to have an item added to the meeting agenda should make a request in writing via email or US mail to Bill Gephart no less than 7 days prior to the meeting date.
