A BIT ABOUT DIANE...

Diane Gothard, AMS, PCAM was born and raised in Chester County Pennsylvania, she moved to South Carolina in August 2026. 

​

Diane has over 30 years of experience in residential community management. She has managed a portfolio of Condominium and HOA clients her entire career along with supervision of management and administrative staff for over 20 years. Diane achieved the highest designation of PCAM in 2000 and has been very active with CAI Keystone Chapter. 

 

Diane resides in Bluffton with her husband and enjoys boating, music, friends and family.
