If Louver blinds are desired between the window/door glass panes (optional, added expense) they are to be white or tan in color.
All windows and doors are to meet the following building codes:
IBC International Building Code and all Hilton Head Island Building Codes with regard to the wind design (130mph) and are to meet the energy code requirements.
Contractor must be licensed as a Commercial Contractor as required the Town of Hilton Head Island. It is strongly suggested that owner retain a Pella recommended installer as this may be necessary to retain the 10-year warranty.
Town of Hilton Head Building Permit is required.
