CONGRATS to the Hilton Head 8U Machine Pitch Baseball Team!

A huge IMC Resort Services, Inc. CONGRATULATIONS to the Hilton Head 8 & Under Machine Pitch baseball team that won the SC State Championship at Clemson AND went on to the Dixie Youth Baseball World Series in Lumberton, NC.
The boys finished SECOND in a three-game playoff in the finals with Florida.
While they came up just one game short of “winning it all” we are all extremely proud of how they represented our tiny little community.
At the World Series they defeated very good teams from Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida once to force the third game final.
By the way, our very own PETER FENSTERMAKER, Ron’s grandson and son of Craig and Jaime, was a member of this terrific group of young men!

Congratulations are in order for the great accomplishment that the Hilton Head 8U Melon Playground team has accomplished. The kind of commitment that is required at that age is something that I am aware of as someone who has participated in young sports.
