This community located in Sea Pines Plantation near the toe of the Island, a place where one can enjoy life without the hassle of owning a stand alone home, enjoy beautiful views of the Calibogue Sound, have direct access to our beautiful beaches, a private swimming pool, nearby tennis facilities and friendly, sociable neighbors.

The complex consists of two five story, steel, concrete and stucco buildings which were built in early 1980’s. There are 26 single units and 7 double units including 4 penthouses. The buildings are surrounded by a professionally designed landscape plan with seasonal plantings.

The buildings were upgraded in 2006 with new high roofs, new copper lower roofs and sidings, and completely refurbished stucco siding with special flashing to assure that the building will be free from wind driven rain intrusion. All of the original windows and sliding doors in the two buildings were also replaced at the same time.

There is a full-time, on-site manager, Randy Grayson, who can be reached at 843-295-7736. The lobbies and elevator cabs have been recently refurbished, the dune bridge to the beach has been upgraded.  This complex is now one of the finest residential properties in Sea Pines Plantation.
