The Spa On Port Royal Sound is a hidden treasure! Located in a secluded area of Hilton Head Island, SC.
The Spa is nestled between two historic parks - Fish Haul Park and Mitchellville Park.
The community consists of 268 condos, 42 one bedroom/one bath villas and 226 two bedroom/two bath villas.
Many of the owners call The Spa "home," while the rest of the owners use their villas as second homes and/or vacation rentals. Although The Spa is a small community, it provides its residents with an indoor pool complex, which includes a heated pool, a hot tub, fitness room, and large changing rooms. Other amenities include two outdoor pools, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, picnic and grilling areas, a children's playground and our greatest asset - the beautiful "all natural" beach on the Port Royal Sound! Being located on the "heel" of the Island where the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Sound, provides a view of the Atlantic Ocean and boats entering the Sound. The beach is in a nature preserve and bird sanctuary, offering a wide variety of wildlife to watch and enjoy. The beautifully landscaped gardens and lagoons create the feel of a tropical paradise.
The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails. These "off road" trails (except for street crossings) cover virtually the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa there are several Atlantic beach front public parks with showers, restrooms, picnic areas and playground. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, too many great restaurants to count, movie theaters, great shopping, and other exciting vacation activities. Savannah, GA is less than one hour away and Charleston, SC is about 1.5 hours away.
