A short walk from the beach, and nestled along the road way of Deallyon Avenue is the community of Courtside Villas. This 120 villa complex has a lagoon view and pool centrally located in the courtyard of 49 through 120 Courtside. Along with this the villas of 1-48 Courtside share a pool with the community of Island House which is located in the courtyard area behind those villas. All owners and guests also have the option of using the  Van De Meer tennis facilities located behind 37-48 Courtside. Please note access to this facility is by scheduled appointment only and pool usage will require a code to access the Island House pool and the courtyard gate by 60 Courtside.

The Courtside pool is open seasonally from April 1st through October 31st
